We are LinaHaus
Five South Tyrolean visionaries have combined their individual professional skills to realise a common vision: A sustainable construction method, using only one building material - wood. Linked by their shared passion for wood, they form Leneco Gmbh and stand behind their product LinaHaus with joy and pride.
Paulpeter Hofer runs his own architectural office, Plan Werk Stadt in Bolzano. The basic idea of developing a monolithic timber construction system - which really emphasises the qualities of wood, stayed with him. After several years of development, optimisation and subsequent patenting, the idea was brought to market and is now called LinaHaus.

Gerhard Josef Paris
Gerhard Paris is a trained carpenter and also has professional experience as a bricklayer, construction site manager and draughtsman. Above all, Gerhard is our ecological conscience. He has played a major role in shaping the ecological orientation of LinaHaus: free of glue and pollutants and responsible for the environment. Today Gerhard runs a biologically oriented farm with livestock and agriculture in Sarentino Valley, living out his appreciation for nature together with his family.
Andreas Erlacher is a construction engineer and son of a carpenter. He has always enjoyed working with wood. Since the beginning of his freelance work as a construction engineer, many customers have approached him to develop special solutions in the field of timber construction. So it is no coincidence that he has now joined this team. Since 2018 he has also been an IBN building biologist and advises the group in this respect.
Roman Trienbacher is a master carpenter from Sarentino Valley and has been running his business for over 20 years. He specialised in timber house construction with a focus on ecological construction. He has gained extensive experience in the execution of the most varied multi-layered timber construction methods and has finally found a simple, effective and convincing product in the LinaHaus wall. Heavily involved during the initial development and test phase, he is now mainly responsible for execution and assembly.
Christian Gufler is a self-employed master carpenter with 40 years of professional experience and is today the managing director of the HOLKA cooperative in Moos in Val Passiria. He has been interested in sensible solutions and developments in timber construction for a long time. The sustainable, ecological idea is as important to him as the regional, local cycle. For him all aspects of responsible construction find their place in this system and thus result in the optimal solution. In the LinaHaus company, he is responsible for the practical implementation of the project and the production of the wooden elements.
